Specialist Referral Submissions

Our online Provider Portal is for referral submissions directly from specialists for United Healthcare AARP Medicare Complete patients only. We do not currently accept electronic referral requests for other insurers. If you are a specialist, and needing to request a referral or pre-authorization for a New West Physicians’ patient with United Healthcare AARP Medicare Complete (formerly Secure Horizons) insurance, please click on the link below to be taken to our secure referral submission portal. Here you will be able to register for portal access if you are a first time user. Use of the portal also allows you to check on the status of your request and know when it is approved.
