Dr. Levstik is a member of our care team at Arvada Family Practice.He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University and completed his family medicine residency Bay Area Medical Center, 2000-2003. Dr. Levstik is looking forward to providing quality care to his patients.

With the heart of a teacher, I strive to create an environment for health optimization using the tools of evidence-based medicine and nutrition. Each message of care must be individualized and tailored to the patient before healing can begin.

Personal:
Dr. Levstik is known for being respectful, straight forward, and kind. When not treating patients, he enjoys cycling, weightlifting, reading, and attending my children’s sporting events on the weekends.
