Introduction:

Dr. Sorensen is a member of our care team at Evergreen Internal & Family Medicine at Arapahoe Peak. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO (2006-2009). Dr. Sorensen is looking forward to providing quality care to his patients.

Care philosophy:

As a Primary Care Physician, I try to meet patients where they are regarding their life and medical goals. I like to motivate patients to take responsibility for their medical conditions to improve themselves and limit medications unless necessary.

Personal:

Dr. Sorensen is known for being honest, straightforward, and detail oriented. When not treating patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, hiking, fishing, exercising, reading, and learning the French language.
