Introduction:

Dr. Sundland is a board certified physician and is a member of our care team at Aurora Family Medicine Center. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from University of Saint Louis School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Colorado (1983-1986). Dr. Sundland has had academic papers published through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Dr. Sundland is looking forward to providing quality care to his patients.

BA in Biology from the University of Missouri- Saint Louis (1977)

Graduate Education:
MS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame (1979)

Saint Louis University School of Medicine (1983)

Care philosophy:
As a Primary Care Provider, Dr. Sundland treats his patients for known acute and chronic problems to help maintain optimal health, while screening for potential problems to avoid serious health issues in the future and encouraging patients to take responsibility to live a healthy lifestyle.

Personal:
Dr. Sundland is known for being easy going, having a good sense of humor, and for being a good listener. When not treating patients, he enjoys biking, hiking, tennis, and snow sports.
