During your first visit, we take the time to get to know you better and understand your health needs. This is also an important yearly checkup with your doctor. You and your doctor will partner to create your care plan.

During this visit, your doctor will check your temperature, pulse, blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI. They will also schedule any needed health screenings and tests, which are typically covered by your plan.

You’ll also have time to talk to your doctor about any health concerns you have. You can ask questions and talk about your medicines. Plus, you will receive a $25 gift card for completing this visit.

It’s important to take your medicines correctly. They’re an important part of staying healthy. Schedule your visit today. Your doctor will go over all of your medicines to make sure they’re still helping you.

For some visits, it helps to be early. When you schedule your visit, we’ll let you know.

After your first visit, you’ll also want to sign up for the patient portal. You can use it to keep up to date on your medical information and send messages to your doctor.
