Samantha Cook, PA-C

Practice: I graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC) in 1995. I began practicing at Bear Valley in September 2010 and appreciate the variety of patients I see every day. I particularly enjoy women's health, pediatrics, nutrition, and sports medicine. While earning my degree, I received extensive training in pediatrics.

Personal: I have lived in Colorado for over 30 years. I have twin sons that keep me busy. In my free time, I enjoy running, biking, snowboarding, backpacking, gardening, and cooking.
