Personal:   Dr. Carlson grew up in Arizona and moved to Colorado in 2003. His interests include music, food, hiking with his girlfriend and dogs, skiing, running, and reading.

Additional Qualifications:   Dr. Carlson is a Board-certified specialist in Sports Medicine. He previously served as a Team Physician for the University of Colorado Buffaloes and the University of Denver Pioneers. He is currently a medical consultant for USA Wrestling. Special interests include youth sports, ski injuries, concussion management, and overuse injuries.
