At New West Physicians, we understand the importance of health insurance for the families we serve. If you have a PPO, point-of-service (POS), EPO or HMO health plan, you have a network of physicians you must see to receive the highest level of benefits under your health insurance plan. To serve our patients well, we try to belong to as many health insurance networks as we can. Below we have listed the health insurance plans with which we participate. Plans we do NOT accept - Auto Accidents, Colorado Access for Adults over 18, Evercare, Medicaid for new Patients, Medicare Advantage (Aetna, Humana, etc), Medicare Part B (except for LFM, and FMHR through 12.31.11), Tricare Primary, and Workers Compensation

(HMO Colorado, Blue Advantage) We take nearly all Anthem and BC/BS plans; however, if your plan is out of state, you should contact your Benefits Department to determine coverage. Unicare uses the Anthem PPO network and we accept it.

- Cigna - HMO, PPO, POS, PPA
- Colorado Access - (CHP+ only) We only accept the Colorado Access CHP+ only for children 18 years of age and younger (the card with mountains on it NOT the hand). We do not accept the Anthem CHP+
- Averde Health - Assurant Clarity PPO
- Great West Life , (Formerly One Health Plan) - HMO, PPO, POS, PPA
- Pacificare - HMO, POS, PPO
- Multi Plan - PPO, Fortis, PHCS
- Humana/Choice Care - Commercial Plan Only - (WE DO NOT accept the Senior Plan with Humana)
- First Health - Affordable, Coventry, and Mail Handlers
- GEHA
- Kaiser - Triple Option ONLY

- Plans secondary to Medicare, including Tricare
- Rocky Mountain Health Plans - HMO, Senior HMO, PPO, EPO
- Secure Horizons - Senior HMO and FFS Medicare Advantage PPO through United Healthcare (We do not accept the Pacificare/Secure Horizons Medicare Supplement plans or Secure Horizons Direct)
- Cofinity - HMO, PPO, we take all Cofinity including Alliance, Definity and Guardian including PPONEXT and PPOUSA/GEHA. We DO NOT accept Archdiocese of Denver.
- United Healthcare - HMO, POS, PPO, Golden Rule, Definity Health
