Looking forward to a healthier New Year?

Plan ahead by joining our New You Wellness and Weight Loss course offered through the Diabetes and Nutrition Center. This 8-week course offers tips and tricks taught by one of our nutrition professionals for weight loss, diabetes prevention, and cholesterol management.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and are set to begin January 16, 2018, from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.
