Park Ridge

Medical Assistant

Full-Time position to perform essential functions of a Medical Assistant: room patients, review medications, anticipate Provider needs, task lab work and referrals, return patient calls, resolve patient issues, maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with patients and office staff. Communicate in a positive and effective manner. Use electronic medical records, portal and email effectively.

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant
• 2 years prior experience as a MA required
• Must be computer literate
• Experience with Electronic Health Records helpful
• Must have ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and efficient
• Must have excellent communication /customer service skills

This position will entail triaging patients on the phone, answering medical questions and completing medication refills per protocol. It will also include backing up the other medical assistants if needed.

This position requires rotating Saturday shifts

Receptionist

Applewood Internal Medicine

Full-time position as a Receptionist at our busy Applewood location. Responsibilities will include, checking in patients, answering phones, taking payments, scheduling appointments, scanning, faxing and sorting medical documents.

 Qualifications include:

 Two years prior experience in a busy medical office is required; preferably primary care

  • Must have experience handling a multi-system phone line
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is preferred
  • Must have the ability to be organized, multi-task and prioritize while being detailed oriented
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent communication /customer service skills
  • Work positively and efficiently with coworkers to accomplish all daily tasks; teamwork a must.

Certified Medical Assistant

Lakewood Internal Medicine

Use electronic medical records, portal and email effectively. Work well as part of a team, and be a self-starter.  

Must be a Certified Medical Assistant

  • 3 years prior experience as a MA preferred
  • Must have experience with electronic health records
  • Must have ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and efficient
  • Must have excellent communication /customer service skills
  • Must have a genuine interest in patient care

This position will entail triaging patients on the phone, as well as scheduling patients, answering medical questions and completing medication refills per protocol. It will also include backing up the other medical assistants if needed.

  • This position has a schedule of four 10 hour days .

Medical Assistant

Family Practice at Highlands Ranch

Full-Time position available with our busy family practice in Highlands Ranch

    • Must be Registered or Certified Medical Assistant.
    • 2 years of prior medical office experience REQUIRED, preferably in a Primary Care Medical Office.
    • Electronic Medical Records experience required.
    • Multi-tasking skills a must, detail oriented, excellent patient care and customer service skills
    • Must be efficient, friendly,  reliable and a team player.
    • Must have experience handling high volume of telephone calls and handling a multi-system phone line
    • Experience with checking in patients, verifying insurance, taking payment, scheduling appointments, scanning and sorting medical documents and returning patient phone calls.
    • Experience working with Electronic Health Records including taking messages,  verifying insurance and checking in patients.
    • Must have the ability to be organized, multi-task and prioritize while being detailed oriented.
    • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Hours are 4 days per week, M – F 7:45 – 5:30 pm with Saturdays (Approx 1/mo).

LPN or MA

Management Services Organization (MSO)- Float Pool

Full-time position available assisting in the delivery of patient care by managing patient flow and working both front and back office as needed.  This position will be required to go to any NWP clinic or office that needs their assistance.

  • Must be a licensed LPN (CO licensed) or certified if an MA.
  • Minimum of two years prior experience functioning in this capacity. 
  • Special pay rate for float positions. 
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
